The Libertarian Party of Wake County held it’s annual convention on Saturday March 12, 2011 at the home of Wake LP member Daniel Chang. Two items of business were transacted.
- The election of new officers. The officers were elected through unanimous vote.

Treasurer: Marc Conaghan
Secretary: (vacant) - Delegates to LPNC 2011 Convention
Pursuant to the Statement of Organization (2008), the Wake LP Chair will be heading the delegation to the state convention and has discretion to designate any LP member as a delegate of the Wake County LP delegation.
